The emblem on this one is a deep-lore nod for the sharp-eyed — a nod to the Marathon symbol, the recurring starburst mark Bungie has quietly tucked into nearly every Halo title as an Easter egg back to their original 1994 game. Since Blood Gulch runs on borrowed Halo assets in the first place, it felt right to borrow one more.
