Shipping policy
Every item in this store is made to order — nothing is printed until you place it. Please plan on the following timelines rather than next-day delivery:
- Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships
- US shipping (standard): an additional 2–5 business days in transit
- Total (US): typically 5–12 business days from order to delivery
- International: production time is the same, but transit can run 1–3+ weeks depending on destination and customs
Delays are more often a production backlog than a shipping issue, especially during holidays and high-volume periods, when production can run a few days longer. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can only refund the product cost, not the original shipping charge, since production and shipping costs for made-to-order items can't be recovered once incurred.
