Shipping

Every item in the store is made to order — nothing is printed until you place it. Because of that, please plan on the following timelines rather than next-day delivery:

  • Production time: 2–7 business days before your order ships.
  • US shipping (standard): an additional 2–5 business days in transit.
  • Total (US): typically 5–12 business days from order to delivery.
  • International: production time is the same, but transit can run 1–3+ weeks depending on destination and customs.

Delays are more often a production backlog than a shipping issue — this is especially true during holidays and high-volume periods, when production can run a few days longer. You'll get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the print facility.

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can only refund the product cost, not the original shipping charge, since production and shipping costs for made-to-order items can't be recovered once incurred.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every item is printed specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, wrong size selected, or similar reasons — there's no way to resell a custom-printed item to someone else. We know that's stricter than a typical retail return policy, and it's worth knowing before you order, especially on sizing (see our Size Guide before choosing).

That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong item, print flaw, etc.), we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund — your choice. To request one:

  1. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Include clear photos showing the issue (the defect itself, and the full product).
  3. We'll review and get back to you within a couple of business days with next steps — no need to ship the item back to us.

A couple of things that fall outside this: minor print placement variation of up to about half an inch is considered normal for this printing process, not a defect, and we can't offer reprints or refunds if the wrong size or color was selected at checkout — so please size up carefully using the guide linked above.
