Refund policy

Every item in this store is made to order — nothing is printed until you place it. Because of that, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size, or similar reasons, since a custom-printed item can't be resold to another customer. Please check our Size Guide before ordering, since sizing mistakes can't be exchanged.

That said, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or noticeably different from what you ordered, we'll make it right with a free reprint or a full refund, your choice. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll take care of it within a couple of business days — no need to ship anything back.

Minor print placement variation of up to about half an inch is normal for our printing process and is not considered a defect. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, we can only refund the product cost, not the original shipping charge.
